Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) of Galveston County is a non-profit that recruits, trains, and supervises volunteers that are appointed by family court judges to advocate for children in the court system who have been removed from their home because of abuse and neglect.
The community is invited to learn more about CASA and our mission to ensure these vulnerable children have a safe permanent home where they can thrive and reach their full potential.
CASA volunteers serve as a special voice in court for these children. These vulnerable children experience many disruptions in their life and a CASA volunteer becomes the one consistent adult that ensures all their needs are reported to the court.
