Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) of Galveston County is a non profit that recruits, trains, and supervises community volunteers (everyday citizens) to be appointed by family court judges to advocate in the court for the best interest of abused and neglected children who have been removed from their home and placed into foster care in Galveston County. Come learn how you can become an advocate for these children that need a consist and trusted adult in their life and be with them through this journey through the child welfare system. Light refreshments to be served.
